Mentorship Program

Mentor a girl

Aburi Girls Senior High School, through its active Global Alumni Association (AOGA Global), offers mentorship programs for current students and alumni. The initiative includes career and mentorship seminars featuring university students and successful professionals, as well as partnerships with organizations to provide mentorship and coaching within the school. The programs aim to build a strong community and support students in their future careers.

How the Mentorship Programs Work

  • Alumni-Led Initiatives: The Aburi Girls Old Girls Association, including specific year groups, organizes mentorship events.
  • Partnerships: External organizations partner with Aburi Girls Senior High School to deliver mentorship and coaching to meet the skills demands of the economy.
  • Events: Mentorship activities include career and mentorship seminars where alumni and professionals share their success stories, advice, and guidance.
  • Support for Students: The programs provide guidance and support for current students as they pursue higher education and forge their future careers.
